LIMITED WARRANTY

Rustic Outdoor Products, LLC Seat Warranty 

What is covered:

Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations outlined below, seats are warranted to the original purchaser for period of 365 days from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship that adversely affect the seat operation.

Who is covered:

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser. It is not assignable or transferable to anyone else.

How Long Coverage Lasts:

This Limited Warranty lasts for 365 days from the date of original purchase. Keep your sales receipt in a safe place to prove the purchase date. Without a sales receipt, the warranty is void.

What Is Not Covered:

This warranty shall not apply to any product which has not been used in accordance with instruction, damaged through use of abuse, or subjected to misuse; misapplication; neglect (including but not limited to improper maintenance); accident; improper installation; modification (including but not limited to use of unauthorized parts or attachments); adjustment or repair.  The warranty does not cover any damage or issue caused by but not limited to one or more of the following: incorrect installations, abuse, alterations or modifications, poor handling, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, wild animals or weather-related conditions.

What Will Rustic Outdoor Products, LLC Do:

Rustic Outdoor Products, LLC will replace the seat that is covered under warranty if it is returned to Rustic Outdoor Products, LLC, postage prepaid, within the warranty period.

• Telephone Number
• Email Address
• Description of the Problem
• Proof of purchase
• *NOTE: It is recommended that you ship your package in a traceable manner. If we do not have a record of receiving your product, you will be asked to provide tracking details. Rustic Outdoor Products, LLC will not be responsible for any products that we do not have a record of receiving.

How State Law Applies:

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You also may have other legal rights that vary from state to state. 

Limitation of Liability

THE FOREGOING IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS OF ANY PRODUCT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), AND OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATION OF LIABILITY ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY.

It is expressly understood that Rustic Outdoor Products, LLC liability for its products, whether due to breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, is limited to the replacement of the product, as stated above, and Rustic Outdoor Products, LLC will not be liable for any other injury, loss, damage, or expense, whether direct or consequential, including but not limited to loss of use, income, profit, or damage to material, arising in connection with the sale, installation, use of, inability to use, or the repair or replacement of products. 

Your sole and exclusive remedy pursuant to this Limited Warranty is the replacement of defective workmanship. In no event shall Rustic Outdoor Products, LLC, its licensors, distributors, and suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, expenses, lost profits, lost savings, business interruption, lost business information, property damage, personal injuries (including death), emotional distress, pain and suffering or any other damage arising out of the use or inability to use the product. You acknowledge that the purchase price paid for the product reflects this allocation of risk and exclusion of damages.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. 

Warranty Limitations Period:

All warranties implied by law shall be limited to the lesser of the limitation periods set forth above from the date of original purchase or the limitation period applicable in the State in which the damage occurred, whichever period is shorter.  

Entire Obligation:

This document states the entire obligation of Rustic Outdoor Products, LLC with respect to the product. If any part of this Limited Warranty (including the warranty disclaimers and limitations of Rustic Outdoor Products, LLC liability) is determined to be void, unenforceable or illegal, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Rustic Outdoor Products, LLC makes no other warranty beyond the terms of this Limited Warranty. No agent, employee or salesman of Rustic Outdoor Products, LLC, its licensors, distributors, or suppliers, nor any person employed by the retail dealer or seller from whom you purchased this product, is authorized to modify, extend or waive the terms of this Limited Warranty. Any statements, representations or promises made by anyone else at any time are unenforceable against Rustic Outdoor Products, LLC.
